p111 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "p111" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sportsbook operated at https://p111.cam, including all associated mobile applications, sub-domains, and services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the p111 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a User upon successful registration on p111.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a User's p111 Account at any given time, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match bonus amounts credited to a User's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by p111 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency on the p111 Platform.

By accessing the p111 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and p111. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

Continued use of the p111 Platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. p111 will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.

To register and use the p111 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. p111 enforces a strict 21+ age policy with no exceptions. Age is verified during the KYC process.
• You must be the individual named in the Account registration — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended p111 Account. One account per person, per household is the maximum permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary ban that covers the p111 Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of p111 or its affiliated companies.

To access real-money gaming on p111, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address. All information provided must match your official government-issued identity documents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p111 login credentials. p111 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on p111. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. p111 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to void all associated bonuses and winnings.

You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawal processing and KYC verification. Contact p111 support via live chat to update your registered details.

p111 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT via TRC20. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your PKR balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

All funds deposited to p111 must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — is strictly prohibited and may trigger an AML review, account suspension, or both.

The p111 Platform operates in PKR. Deposits made via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. p111 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and confirmation.

In the event a deposit payment is initiated but does not appear in your p111 balance within 30 minutes, contact p111 support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a duplicate payment without first confirming the status of the original transaction.

p111 processes withdrawal requests to verified payment accounts in PKR. All Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC), proof of address, and — where relevant — verification of the payment method used to deposit.

Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within standard inter-bank transfer timelines. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours subject to network confirmation times.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your p111 Account. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification steps.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposited funds remain withdrawable at any time subject to KYC completion.

p111 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which should be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• p111 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the promotion explicitly permits combination.

p111 takes a firm stance on bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and using bonus funds to place opposing bets on the same event. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, p111 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void all associated winnings, and close the account.

All bets placed on p111 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. General betting rules applicable across the Platform are as follows:

• Bets are final and cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed, except where a cashout option is available and exercised prior to settlement.
• p111 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error in odds or game outcome has occurred — including human error, technical failure, or data feed errors from third-party providers.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, p111's decision following internal review is final. Users may raise formal disputes via the support channel, and p111 commits to responding within 5 business days.
• All casino games on p111 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are not influenced by p111 personnel.
• Sports betting odds are updated in real time and are correct at the point of bet placement. Odds displayed on the bet slip at the moment of confirmation govern the payout.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p111 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit casino table games.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place or manage bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through a confirmed exploit will be voided.
• Placing bets with the intention of laundering money or concealing the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p111 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information provided to p111.

p111 is committed to operating a platform that supports responsible gaming practices. The Platform is strictly for adult entertainment — it must not be used as a source of income or a method of addressing financial difficulties.

p111 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your Account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period. Breach of the limit suspends your ability to place further bets until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a set duration of continuous play activity.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications showing elapsed playing time and net session result.
• Take a Break: Temporarily close your Account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. The Platform cannot be accessed during a break period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent are available. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.

p111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Confirmed use of prohibited betting software or collusion with other players.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach, p111 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed and the closure is at p111's discretion for commercial reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder's verified payment method within 10 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

p111 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. p111 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via in-Platform notifications. p111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, regardless of cause.

p111's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the p111 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and database structures — is the proprietary intellectual property of p111 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any p111 content without prior written authorisation from p111. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

p111's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the p111 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. p111 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, payment processing, customer support, and — where consented — marketing communications.

p111 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated service providers directly involved in Platform operation, including payment processors and KYC verification services, and only to the extent necessary for those services. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to p111's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to bet outcomes, account balances, bonus terms, or withdrawal processing — shall first be escalated to p111's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, contact p111 support via live chat or email with a clear description of the issue, relevant transaction references, and supporting evidence. p111 commits to providing a substantive response within 5 business days. Where internal resolution is not achieved, Users may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service as specified on the p111 website.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that the courts with jurisdiction over p111's operating entity shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal or ADR processes.

p111 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to all registered users via email and an in-Platform notification banner. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the p111 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining verified real-money balance by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. p111 recommends that all active users review these Terms at least once every six months to ensure ongoing familiarity with the most current version.
